i just want to tell you all that today AT LAST!!! we finally received our money from Aifos.
we were waiting for the court to release it and so today at last we received it so there was much celebrating. it has been a long and stressful journey in trying to recover it but thankfully with the help of our good solicitor at last justice was served. I want to thank you all for your support and at least this good outcome will give hope to others who are in a similar situation and God knows there are a lot of us out there!!Thank again to all the members, I will sleep tonight!!

Can honestly say I know exactly how you are feeling 😉 and it’s a GREAT feeling, isn’t it.!Let’s hope we get more of these results soon for the others of you out there. Just proves once again Aifos is not invincible.
And congratulations to your lawyer – great job!
Knowing how your life has probably been ‘on hold’ over this, now you can continue to enjoy the rest of your life…..

Thanks everyone, you are all a great bunch and just knowing that we all had each others support was what kept me going.
It was so difficult , or should I say it was difficult for my solicitor trying to get them (Aifos)to pay up and it was a long ,long struggle going to court and all that. The banks are no help at all, They try and fleece you just trying to put the money in to your account and then again trying to send it over here to me but in the end our solicitor sorted it.
I now will as i have said sleep tonight, and I have had many sleepless nights I can tell you wondering if I would ever see a penny of my money again. There are a lot of greedy people out there but I have found some good people along the way such as my solicitor and the prosocuter who worked on my behalf so as you guys said it will give hope to others that justice will pervail.Thanks again guys for all your help!!

That is fantastic news which gives hope to everyone who has had dealings with this dreadful company. We too have had sleepless nights and wonder if we will ever see our money again but we are not about to give into these corrupt developers.
As everyone keeps saying on this site it is high time the Spanish Government wakes up and smells the coffee. The Brits will only take so much before turning their backs and I think the time has come. Anywhere will do – sun lamps are available. We know so much from each other and these forums and are now a force to be reckoned with.
How long have you been fighting – don’t tell me years!
