The Management Committee for Marbella has made its first proposal for a halt order on two construction sites in Marbella.

Their Planning spokesman said the measure approved on Tuesday was taken to ensure that building will not continue.

Construction on both sites is nearing completion.

He said technical and legal reports both show that planning permission was granted in contravention of the terms of the current local development plan.

No info. was given on the location of the two sites.
