The mayor has ordered the first two demolitions of illegal buildings under the new PGOU.

1) ‘Golf Rio Real’, Las Chapas
Promoter: Navires Real Estate, owned by businessman Rafael Rojas Avila.
Violation: Occupies green area, according to the existing plan. It lacks the municipal license.

2) ‘Linda Vista Alta’, San Pedro
Promoter: Prosavi, owned by Jose Avila Rojas (named in the Malaya case)
Violation: Occupies green zone and no licence.

Both developments are unfinished and uninhabited but I wonder how many deposits have been taken.
The promoters have two months to comply with the demoliton orders.
