      Looking to sell a 2 Bed apartment in Almoradi and wondered if anyone knew of a good agent?

      I know an english chap working for a Spanish agent in Almoradi.
      J.L. Morales is the agency in the square facing the town hall.
      He is pretty decent. His name is John and if you do make contact. Lauraine recommended him. 😀

      Not too horrendous with the charges either.

      Sorry Latchy but you have it wrong there.

      I only mentioned him because he is a nice bloke.
      We have been house hunting for 18 months and have dealt with many agents, both British and Spanish.
      We finally bought with him recently. He was up front on everything.

      Is it a crime?

      II have no axe to grind whatsover and gave the name in good faith.
      You suggest someone too if you know someone dependable.

      Well from what I’ve seen and heard you are in the minority
      And my advice for what it’s worth is read forums like this,don’t use an agent,hire yourself a good lawyer and translator and check out private sales and………switch on your brain. 😉

      I did all my own research and we flew out regularly to see what was around.
      Agents have to get involved because a lot of Spanish people will only deal with Spanish agents and won’t let you in without them. 😕

      Abogados are another matter. The one we had is someone we never trusted and ended up dumping him.
