Hi everybody,

We are a couple looking for a flat/house to rent on Costa Brava, primarily in the area of Baix Emporda.

We would like to rent something for minimum 6 months but very likely 1 year and possibly more. We both have stable income, no pets and take care of the place we stay. At the moment we live in Girona but our contract finishes on 1.6.09. My girlfriend works for Ryanair and I work for Best Kiteboarding but I am also about to finish my master degree.

It is important the house has a lot of light during the day and there should be enough space. Preferable the flat/house should be furnished but it is not a criterium. We have seen many of those Spanish type houses which simply are too small or don’t have enough light.

Our budget is maximum 1000 EUR a month. We accept some deposit but we would like to avoid the 1 month agency fee.
