Hi everyone, my name is Joost, I’m Dutch and new to this site.

It’s my intention to move to Spain in the near future so I’m looking for a place to live there.
I’m looking for a villa in the Almeria region, at first to rent for a few month to a year, perhaps to buy later on. My wife and I want to find out if we can get adapted to living in Spain and the area before moving there permanently.
To be honest we prefer the Almeria region because the climate there is okay and the villa’s are affordable. We are also not in a hurry to buy property because prices are still falling; if everything goes well I guess this will happen somewhere next year.

We prefer a three bedroom villa with pool and a garden would be nice. I have looked on the Kyero-site and found out that this should be possible for around €500,-.
