Does anyone have any actual experience of getting the necessary registration and licence to rent your holiday home out legally in Valencia. If so could you please let me know the process, criteria for the villa to be accepted and costs involved, i have searched and read many articles which seem to say it not only has to be registered at the local town hall but also requires a licence but i cannot find any factual information regarding the actual process.

Any help appreciated.

In case it matters its a 3 bed villa 30min inland from Valencia city.
