Hi

I have been recommended by Lawbird to use a Lawyer by the name of Maria Victoria Villafranca to try and reclaim our deposit.
Lawbird have said they are unable to take the case on due to there current workload and distance – the case needs to be heard in Almeria.
She has quoted EUR 5,444.
The letter of engagement also states that she will also be entitled to 10% of any recovered money.

Unlike many forum members, this will only the first time i will have changed Lawyers.
Has anyone used/heard of Maria Victoria Villafranca, and do the costs seem reasonable?

Any info/advice appreciated.
