Hi,
I own a piece of property on Lanzarote. Technically I own a company which in turn owns the land. Reason for the company was laws way back, so I don’t think it’s necessary anymore.
I am in need of a good english speaking lawyer in Lanzarote, with whom I can discuss if I should continue with the company or register the land directly on myself.
Anyone has any recommendations of lawyers?
