Could anyone recommend a lawyer in the larger Girona/Barcelona area with whom you had a good and trustworthy experience?
I would like to involve him/her in finetuning and checking both a reservation- as well as a draft purchase agreement and accompany me along the entire purchase process.
Must of course be English speaking.

Do you have any indications on cost involved? Do they charge a lump sum or a percentage of the purchase price?
I am currently calculating with an allowance of 1% of purchase price.
