Hey, we’re new to this forum, looking forward to some interesting discussions.

To kick things of, here’s a question we have:

Renting out the property we have to submit Modelos 210 every quarter. Due to false information we received before we are late with our submission for 2016.

 

Got only the data, filled in the form – but when I try to submit the system won’t accept the input stating that the period the Modelo has been filled in for is wrong.

Guess that’s related to the late submission.

Anyone got a clue on how to proceed?

Modelo 210 is used to report both imputed and actual rent income. Assuming you selected the right type it probably gets rejected because quarterly submission must be done within the first 20 days following each quarter.
Personal experience advice is to wait until January 2017 and report total income for the entire 2016 by selecting 0A as period in the form.
There is a very good chance you will not even be charged penalties.
