Not quite your price range and not quite in Las Ramblas (but VERY close!).
Our 2 bed 2 bath town house with terraces,balcony,solarium in a quiet part of the Club de Golf Campoamor complex is for sale. Agents wanted to market it at Eu225k (including their 15% commission of course), but we would be happy with offers around Eu 160k.
We absolutely love the house but due to a lifestyle change in the UK – we now have horses to look after – its no longer so easy to hop on a plane for regular weekends or weeks away.

As you probably know the entrance to Campoamor is next door to the entrance to Las Ramblas.

Any way, good luck with your search. We think that Las Ramblas and Campoamor Golf clubs are the nicest part of the whole area.
