We are looking at buying a 2 bed apartment in a nice complex with comm pool in Torrelamata at E85,000 . Is this good value in todays market or is there better value out there?
Be carefull pheasant plucker. In July I advertised my 2 bed ground floor appartment in your area in a well known mag. (i do not think it is fair to mark so i will not say it name) for £40,000 because i HAVE to sell it. To date i have not had a single reply.so be carefull

Why not put some details and a link on here Susan, might well be people interested, me included if it has 2 beds and 2 baths plus walking distance to bars/restaurants.
and can people start slapping some piccies up so at least I can have something to have a shufti at. If you went to rightmove and found a description of an house/apartment with no piccies you automatically think its a shambles.
The only thing to look at on this website in the last few months has been a graph of the Tinsa index followed by a discussion, to say the least it wasn’t a memorable experience.

Sorry But I.T. is not my strengh. Getting photos is a non starter. Sorry but is has not got 2 bathrooms either. What do you want for £40K. It is 7 year old ground floor appartment 2 bed 1 bath with a seaview on Los altos. It is in excellent condition but along with litally 1/2 million other people on the costa blanca can not sell their property.
