Located in Fuente Higuera, Molinicos, in the beautiful mountainous ‘Castilla-la-Mancha’ region of spain it is 1 hour 45 minutes due west from Alicante airport and equi-distant from Murcia airport, we are 1000 metres above sea level and therefore benefit from cooler fresher non-humid mountain air.

The villa is in a very private and secluded but not isolated position, it is only a 10 minute walk into the hamlet of Fuente Higuera where there are two bread shops, a butchers and 3 bars or you can drive 10 minutes into Molinicos town where all the shops/ facilities are to be found, including a large communal swimming pool.
