hello all does any one have any infomation on a developer based in granada called grupo rudina i would like to know how long they have been around how long they have been trading for any help would be great thank you 😆 and yes im still waiting on that licence i think it would be a help if the developers were not aloud to sell of plan without first getting a building licence seems the spanish goverment needs to KICKARSE a developer would never be able to sell in uk or eles were without first buying the land then get planning then building licence then bank guarantees it then sell of plan think spanish developer missed something out oh well 😉 😉 oh please any help on developer thank you bun

If you go on Google.co.uk – next to the box where you put your search you have some links and one is called ‘language tools’.
If you click on that, you have two options given, either copy/paste the word/s you want translated….or
you put the full website address and you chose the language from which you want to translate (i.e. in this case Spanish to English) you enter and Bob’ you Uncle.
It is a machine-translation so don’t expect perfection (or even common-sense at times) but it certainly gives you the main idea of what you’re reading.
