How to avoid squatters in Spain, and how to get them out?

      Check out this problem in the mortgage forum (where fewer people look):

      Any lawyers out there care to comment on how to avoid squatters, and how to get them out?

      Also, if he gives the keys back to the bank, can he give his other property in Spain to his daughter to avoid it being impounded by the bank as collateral?
