Hi, I’d appreciate advise…There’s a house in Maresme we want to buy, it’s 26 years old and house layout doesn’t reflect the real situation. There’s an extension (few sqm) added to kitchen that isn’t reflected in the layout. Could it be an issue for us in future if we want to sell the house? Do we need to legalize it (it’s less than 10% of house size)? If so, how much it might cost and how much time it could take?
