Figures not out for Q2, yet but home sales in Spain were down nearly 16,000 in Q1 2013 despite massive price reductions 😯 🙄
Current Sterling/Euro exchange rate makes this a better time for Brits to sell than to buy 😉

Kyero says ‘The number of mortgages on homes in Spain reached a new low in March dropping by 34.1% over the same month of 2012, now 35 consecutive months of declines, and March’s fall is much more pronounced than in Feb 2013’ Kyero takes it’s figures from the National Statistics Institute 😉

Pon my soul 😯 I had not realised that Mark had also said Spanish home sales were down for March 2013 and says he ‘got it wrong’ with numbers, good on you Mark for admitting that 🙄 😯
