1) Do spanish lawyers have to keep this too in their office ? No, we are not obligued to that. Claims against lawyers to the Bar Association, then there is an instance for appelings if the response of the Bar is not satisfactory.
2 ) what time frame does the two parties have to respond? Around 15 days.
3) has this got ant legal standing ? You can appeal the decission of the Consumers Administration of course.
4) who and which department of the coucvil monitors it. There are local Office of Consumers and offices in one of the Departments of the Regional Government. In both cases you have rights for appealing and it can constitute a documentary evidence in a judicial procedure.

Do Admintrators of a block/fincas has the hojas …….. if yes who does one takes this to do ( I have taken it up with the Predident/Vice president without much sucess)
Does the Councils consumer or other department deals with it ? if yes who ? What/which office do I need to go
what if the admistrator is also a lawyer, but has only acted in the capacity of an administrator does it make a difference ?

e.g My block is in Estepona and the office of the adminitratador is in Marbella, and where is this office ????
In your experience is it a long drawn procedure is it a closed shop and what is the chance of a fair hearing ???

Shakeel, why do you ask a question that María has already so kindly answered ?
She posted that you have to claim to the “Colegio de Administradores de Fincas of the province the Property ADministrator works”
Both Estepona and Marbella are in the province of Málaga, therefore you must search for Malaga’s Colegio de Administradores de Fincas.
