Grow up katy, . your getting very boring! i own property portfolio and as such i consider myself a property consultant, not an agency or company. If i own them and they are mine and i chose to sell. .So what! Why dont ya carry on eating ya toast and curb the playground antics, or get to school..oh its half term.. 😀

my portfolio consists of alot more properties than just spain, its very judgmental and ignorant of you to presume its just spain! i own worldwide, i want to sell a couple in spain so i can buy elsewhere.. im considered a private seller if i own the property and seeling direct, im not an agent or estate agency etc, i have as much right to post as anyone else in this section. Just because i own more properties than you probaby know what to do with.

you’re obviously very well off? Why don’t you pay someone to market and handle your extensive portfolio? Why do you market them yourself, on free advertising websites??
i AM a private seller, 1 property to sell. Cannot afford to sell through agents based on fees. I think this website has been set up to aid people like ME, not ‘rich fat cat, extensive portfolio, agents’

i already have a townhouse in riviera thanks, this site and post is for private sellers and just because i own a few properties does not mean that i should have to pay through the nose for agents and companies that are a waste of time and money. . ive tried it previously with viva and lets say it was a huge mistake and one that i will never repeat. I have every right to try and sell MY properties myself without being told that i have no right to post, or that im an agent.
