Hello everyone. I am new to this site and have a question that I hope someone can help with.
I have lived around Spain, Murcia and Alicante regions for five years. Always renting and never having a problem. Until now. I found a gorgeous property online advertised at €550 per month. I met with the agent and also the home owner, both of whom are Spanish. I have now been informed I can only have the house if I pay €700 per month, an increase of €150. I had travelled especially from Ireland to view the property with my family, which in July was not a cheap experience. Are there any laws in place in Spain for this situation? False advertising etc? It is posted on several websites. Still at the original cheaper price. Can anyone please advise on this situation?
many thanks in advance!

Well I wouldn’t personally rent from them as they are not to be trusted obviously, there are plenty other places out here, try asking for trusted agents.
