Don’t know much about them except they seem to specialise in upmarket properties for sale around the Marbella area. I noticed that they have now opened a swish office on the posh 5th Ave in Naples, Florida. Could it be that properties there take an average of months to sell instead of 3 years plus on the CDS….will I be bumping into Chris on the golf courses there 😉 😆
Mark is correct. They have been in Spain, with a very low profiles. I had seen them at property shows normally with a smallest possible stall.
Their, staff is usually from Germany or Scandinavia, besides they also had a Kiosk near the Bull ring in Marbella and had a few staff hanging around on Market day.

Last year we researched Majorca via the internet for months re. property prices, different areas etc. before eventually taking a trip – touring round the whole island, visiting various agents etc.
Out of all the agents we visited, Engel and Volkers were definitely handling the higher end of the market. Presentation very slick, very professional but some of the prices (considering what the properties were) were just mind-boggling. I’m not sure if their valuations were in line with what the market could take as elsewhere we saw price many reductions but maybe they know the top end of the market is holding there? It certainly looks that way in the region we liked the best around Valldemossa.
There’s no doubt Engel and Volkers have some beautiful properties on their books but many if not most are in the multi-million bracket. That’s obviously their favoured market.
