I watched the programme this morning. I don’t think the spanish Ambassador was totally aware of the thousands of illegal properties. He spoke as if there are only a handful of people owning worthless houses. He ended by giving a sales pitch for buying in Spain, saying what a law abiding country Spain is 😯

Having seen the program i would say the Spanish Ambassador was just trying to gloss over the many problems Spain has, the sales pitch at the end looked very desperate ❗
