Hello all!

My family and I are looking to buy a property in San Sebastian (Donostia), Basque Country this summer. I know we should have a lawyer review everything, but I was curious if we should use an estate agent for negotiating? I have researched other things (we have NIEs already, for example), but I haven’t found an answer to this specific question. Meanwhile, everything seems to be centered around buying newer properties in the south.

I am an agent myself but if you wish to buy a property there is no need to use an agent unless you want to the lawyer should be able to advise you of all things required, if you want to bargain with the seller that’s your job and not the job of an estate agent but it is the job of a Property Finder
