      On the most recent Boletin Oficial publication by the Ayuntamientio de Murcia, there are two entries under the ‘Notificación a obligados tributarios’ section, related to a development that I have involvement with:

      TRAMPOLIN HILLS GOLF RESOR SL B73345746 (EJ) – 015825/2008 Embargo de cuentas bancarias

      TRAMPOLIN HILL GOLF RESORT SL 10693/2008 NOTIFICACIÓN DE EMBARGO DE CRÉDITOS Y DERECHOS
      Google translates these as

      Embargo of banking accounts

      NOTIFICATION OF EMBARGO OF CREDITS AND RIGHTS

      Could someone kindly explain the significance of these entries?

      It seams that their creditors have placed a Court order that will stop them from dipping their hands into their bank account at the determinant of their creditors.

      No doubt a lawyer can expand on it
