Current Cost of Building Renovations

      Hi All,

      It is some years since I was quoted for building works in Spain (Murcia) but need to undertake some remedial works on an old village property.

      Should I expect the cost of works to have fallen significantly as a result of the reccession? What is the best route to find a good, reliable builder?
