      Hi there

I have been a visitor to this site for a while now and have read your posts with interest. I have had a property in the Elviria area for the last four years and have very much enjoyed the experience.
To give you all a bit of background I bought the property as a long term investment as I dont like the traditional pension style and would rather enjoy life as I go along so went for a property in the sun not to far away from home.

Putting aside all the trials and tribulations of the last year I read today about the costal railway and the location of the stations (SUR in English) and read about one station being behind the Las Chapas Hotel in the Las Dunas area. Well this is quite near me (and I think a couple more regulars), do you all think this would be a good thing or a nightmare waiting to happen!!

      Regards from rainy London

      Mike

May not be too bad as it should only be the station, most of it is underground. Could be a plus if you are renting but honestly I am not sure either way jsut relived I am on a hill.

      Read the same article.
Personally I think its about bloody time. With luck it will remove some of the congestion between malaga and marbella.

And not needing a car to move along CDS can only be a plus.
