  Just read it. Very interesting article . Is it just an exercise for the overworked civil guardia in August or is something going to happen to address this situation !!

  ‘The Civil Guard will have to record if developments lack a licence for building, if protected land has been affected, if occupancy licences have been granted, or if buildings have been constructed too near the coast.’
  
  Perhaps this forum could offer them some help – we probably have more information between us about illegal builds, developments lacking LFOs etc than they do!
