‘Selling Houses Abroad’ 8:00 to 9:00pm Tuesday, Channel 4
My tv guide says “A couple hope to sell their home in Spain”.

Should be interesting to see what is highlighted/location etc.

According to their website, this will be their second programme as below:

Andrew meets Stuart and Penny Tonge from Kent. They sold up everything they owned in the UK to go and live in a cave house in the inland province of Granada, Spain. But their dreams of running a bed and breakfast from the labyrinth have literally crumbled and their cave appears to be teetering on the verge of collapse.

Next weeks episode should be interesting (!)

Then our property guru examines the perils of buying off plan. With easy payment schemes and glossy brochures thousands of Brits buy property this way every year. Andrew advises Steve Ashley and Pauline Burchill whose Spanish villa looked great on paper, but once they moved in discovered it was on a virtual building site, without mains electricity and water. To make matters even worse they suspect it’s possibly illegal and due for demolition. Andrew helps them get answers and sort things out.

The cave house was last week, unless it is a two part program, continuing the saga from last week. I can’t wait to see the following episode re illegall build!
