After reading several topics it occured to me, as a new visitor of this forum that the general impression of brokers (either English, German, Dutch or Spanish) is of little confiance. Which steps would you advice a buyer to take when looking for a house in Spain and where should I look for a reliable partner who works for me and not for the seller. What would such a service cost and what may I expect?
