Just had some fab information from a estate agents tv chanel about the Algarve. Did you know that they all speak English there because they are all so grateful to foreigners so they have rushed out to learn it. Not only that but the rental income is so good so no problem letting it short term and your mortgages is paid off.It is better than Spain, because they have so many golf courses and also it is much greener in the winter because Spain is so hot in the summer so no green grass there. They have some really good off plans so I am off to Portugal on one of their inspection trips . Thought I share this good news to you all, since there is not every day you have such good news. 😀
