Does anyone know if ATE ( “After the Event”) Insurance is available to take a Spanish Developer to court in Spain or is it just applicable to English Law?

As far as I know insurance brokers in Spain don’t offer this kind of insurance which indemnify the insured’s own disbursements and his opponent’s costs and disbursements in the event that a legal action is abandoned, discontinued or lost at trial
