~Dear All. Need advice on the following issue.

I am going to buy a house or an apartment in Barcelona in such districts like Eixample, Gracia, Sarria. For living purpose and for next sale.

What would be easy for sale – house or apartment?

Definitely an apartment.
I don’t think you would find many houses in those areas anyway.
If I can be of any help let me know. I live in Barcelona.

The apartment market is deeper and more liquid. There are very few houses in the areas you mention.

And even if you do have a house, rarity is no guarantee of an easy sale. Two members of my wife’s family have houses in those areas, and haven’t been able to sell for years. It’s a price thing.
