Now if your going to market an exclusive ( 😆 ) villa to discerning, wealthy clients you would at least wash-up the cup and plates in the kitchen. Oh well what do you expect when your only paying 2.4 Millions Euros 😆
One thing that always amazes me is the really poor standard of advertising of properties in Spain. Almerimar has something like 300 days of sunshine a year and yet the pictures are taken on a day when it’s raining!!
This has to be the most expensive property in the resort. At least wash the cups and plates up and take some photgraphs when the sun is out.
At least it’s better than a lot of fotocasa adverts. Just pictures of the rooms, none of the apartment or the surrounding complex and usually the main thumbnail picture being the toilet!!!
Jp: It is not poor standard of advertising as you see it. This is general Spanish mentality of
“pasa nada” not exerting themselves to do things properly, correctly, effeciently and in a timely fashion.
I have seen quite a few with the toilet seat up too!
We one viewed a villa and the kitchen was really in such a mess I felt queasy. There was a sort of left over curry from the previous evening, teenagers in bed and our appointment was 1pm 😯
This shows the real professional Real Estate Agent 😆 😆 – it´s very offen that these kind of prof. adverts is shown on poor web-sites.
If you look at the asking price it seems someone has lost control of his keyboard when entering the figures.
The correct market value of that property is no more than 300K. If you paid any more you would be a complete mug. The area of Almerimar is errr……awful 🙁
The mess aside, the kitchen is ridiculous. I’ve seen better kitchens in fishermen cottages. No proper prep space (I bet they push the coffee machine back and prep in the corner) and not even an eye-level oven????
If my husband had that kind of money I would expect no less than…….
