I know there have been negative comments concerning the AIPP in the past; however last month they expelled their first member, a Bulgarian agent for breach of their code of conduct.

I think that if members of this forum have a gripe about a member of the AIPP then they should make a formal complaint and see what happens.

It makes you wonder what the transgression was? – It could be for selling a property during a depressed market. 😕

It certainly won´t do any harm, as, the remaining members might see this as a warning shot and clean up their emerging market earlier than in Spain.

Expelling a little agent in the back and beyond isnt much, Many poeple made complaints against many of their founder members in Spain – nothing doing!

Easy for them to expel a little known Bulgarian agent, what they don´t have the cahones to do is expel the known crooked Costa agents that they´ve been told about umpteen times, you know the usual suspects like Awful Estates etc!

B dreams is only a small company on the world stage but a large one in the BG market, second only to one that cannot be named 😉 .
They’ve sold thousands of off plan to the brits , most of which are late, nothing new there 🙄 and many where the the specs where changed to the detrement of buyers, typical mis selling etc , strangely all their developements have licences yet their Spanish member counterparts dont and are still welcomed 😕
