      Is it possible to get a copy of the last Residents’ Association AGM minutes for Mar Menor II. As a new buyer it would be helpful to be aware of what the main issues are prior to taking up residence.

      Why not ask the agent/owner/developer (etc..) you are buying from to supply you this.

      Hi Micky

      Looks like you may have posted on the PW Forum already (as RMC?) and I am surprised you have not got a response. Without being an owner on any PW site (I nearly bought on LT 4 years ago but so glad I didn’t) I would guess that MM 2 is still too new to have a residents association. Check out the LT forum as they seem to have got the RA up an running and taken over the admin for LT from PW.

      The Residents’ Association will soon be telling some not so good news for apt owners.

      Thanks for the advice.
      I want to get hold of a copy of MM I minutes (not MM II, as pointed out, it is too new).
      I’ll start with my solicitor.
