I would just like to ask the group, if they have had any dealings with the Medsea Estates Almeria, Aftersales personel. I have been trying to find out from them the start date of the building of our property at Atalaya In Garrucha. This build is ment to be completed by May 2006, but has yet to start. I would appreciate an answer from someone who has a clue, as Medsea Estates have’nt. When asking Medsea a question, they seem not to help in any way.

Has the Building Licence been issued yet? Where abouts in Garrucha is it? It could be held up due to the ongoing dispute between the Mayor of Vera and his conterpart in Garrucha over the flooding issue at Puerto Laguna. Try asking on the messageboard on Viva-almeria.com. I’m going out next week, and will ask around for you.
