A friend of mine has offered me a off-plan 3d terraced house near Finestrat for 190.000 euros. It´s already built. Communal area with swimming pool included. I think the developer price is around 235-240.000 euros.

After dealing with many questionable agents over the last year or so, I just cannot be bothered to deal with anyone who cannot tell me what is for sale 🙂

Charlie, I was just being ironic. If you check the link you´ll see the info it´s not a load of MK junk. It´s the info I would like to see if I were to buy a property in Spain. I do work in the real estate industry but I am not an agent. I just wanted to help a friend and someone who´s looking for a property.

We are looking to sell our home in Cehegin Murcia. It is commutable to Alicante and we have done it in 45 mins when traffic quiet. I am not going to fib (the bit around Murcia can be tricky on occasions), however this has now been widen to 4 lanes so must admit we haven’t driven it for some time.

If you are still looking, I have a detached villa in a town called Quesada which is 25 minutes south of the airport and 5 minutes drive to the beaches.
Its a private sale and I was advised by local estate agents to market it for €265K which they thought would be a good price but I have decided to sell it for €215K an amazing bargain but only for a quick sale. I also had the property valued by a bank just over 2 years ago and it was €391K
