We have a 2 bed detached house for sale in Cala d’or Mallorca, a lovely small resort nestled between two beaches. The town has many good quality restaurants and a beautiful restaurant lined marina.

The house has been modernised in the last 4 years, with new tiled terraces built last year and the whole upstairs floors tiled and double glazing installed.

The house has off road parking and is in a quite residential area consisting of a dozen or so typical Mallorcan style properties.

This is the only 2 bed detached house in a central, but quiet, area that we have found in the four years that we have owned it. Valued at €295,000 last summer we are looking for €249,500 in the current market.
