We have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment to rent in our large villa.
Renters will have sole use of the 10 X 5 metre pool, the garden and the barbeque.
There is an american kitchen equipped with new gas cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, freezer and coffee machine and a spacious dining room.
There is an office with wi fi broadband access and a large lounge with Sky TV.
Also access to a washing machine in the utility room.
The villa is 800 metres from El Portet beach, an easy five minute walk. It is also approx 15 minutes walk into the village of Moraira.
Price from 450 to 550 pounds per week outside of peak season, when it is NOT available.
