Today is al souls day here and it is the day to visit the cemetary and take flowers for dead relatives. It is a beautiful day so we had a light fish lunch on the beach (26 euros including a bottle of wine). Still really warm just been reading on the terrace. Never had to have the central heating on yet and its light until around 6.45pm.

So, anyone contemplating buying…get down here, find yourself a good lawyer like Drakan or the one Claire used, read all this forum, give them a list of the things you specifically want checking, don’t buy off-plan, go in with an offer…and there you go 8)

Oh! and I am NOT an agent 🙂

Was that a”Wine lunch with a little fish” Katy? 😆

We have not had the heating on either, until this morning as the temperatures have dropped dramatically. Can’t complain though!

Oooohhhh Katy you are naughty, it’s sooo tempting just to sell up, if only for a little more heat. It almost feels like theres a frosty nip in the air tonight in Scotland.brr.

I’ve lived in many countries in my life, and can safely say that for quality of life, there is nowhere like Spain. You just have to avoid the pitfalls when buying…..

Weather was a bit indifferent yesterday so we went to Benidorm for the day, despite the rain it was 21 degrees and we had lunch looking over the Poniente Beach 3 course menu of the day plus bread and wine 7.50 euros per head.

Someone asked me once why I wanted to go to Spain, I said it was “the People, the culture, the climate, and the lifestyle” they asked why I wanted to leave England I said it was “the People, the culture, the climate, and the lifestyle”

I did not leave the UK because of the culture or the people. Still think the Brits are the best on earth and the culture too.

Just wish if they had such good advice to offer they would share it on the forum rather than this pathetic attempts to send traffic to the site.

      Moderator didn’t go AWOL.

He was having lunch in the sunshine in Marbella with an estate agent – me!However, we were discussing which developers were honourable to work with so are we both forgiven?.
