Does anybody know the definition of the 100m rule which prohibits building of properties from the beach/coastline. Obviously this question has been prompted by the recent proposal of mass demolition?
My property has to my knowledge being built legally?? But I was not aware of the costal law.
So does the 100m start from the edge of high tide, for example, or the edge of the beach, which clearly must be very subjective.
