The Spanish property market was booming in the lead up to the financial crash of 2007-08, but this was followed by the subsequent economic crisis from which economies in Europe and beyond are only now recovering. With property prices increasing in Spain and lenders showing an increased appetite to lend and offer attractive terms, there are more and more competitors entering the market. Mortgage Direct is focused on continuing to deliver the very best advice and mortgage conditions to our clients.
