Tinsa House Price Index -3.7pc in March

Spain’s most widely-watched annualised house price index from Tinsa, a leading appraisal company, fell by 3.7pc in March, a slight improvement on previous months.

Peak to present, the main index is down 19.3pc since the peak in December 2007, whilst property on the Mediterranean Coast is down 27pc, and by 20pc in The Canaries and Balearics.
