Alanda Estates, the newest division of Alanda Homes on the Costa del Sol opened its doors for business late 2007, located within the popular and long established Alanda Club Marbella resort, Elviria, just outside Marbella.

Alanda Estates is yet another division of the already highly successful Irish owned company Mc Inerney Holdings PLC which has being operating on the Costa del Sol for more than 20 years. The key business idea behind Alanda Estates is to service clients who are located within the resort and immediate area of Elviria, where property sales are still in demand. Using a combination of Inmo Network properties, individual listings and properties listed from our popular developments Alanda Flamingos, Tee5, Alanda Club Marbella & Carib Playa, Alanda Estates has a wide range of product to suit any client who walks through the door.

Desmond O’Connor, MD of Alanda Homes explains “As the property market changes on the Costa del Sol our industry has to adapt to meet the new market demands, we discovered some time ago through market research that the majority of our clients who came to us directly were aware that we were part of the Mc Inerney PLC, Irelands largest home builder.

This gave them extra confidence when looking at our developments. But we noticed a gap in our product cycle as many clients voiced that although we were the right company to deal with, our particular developments did not necessarily suited their needs or lifestyle requirements for one reason or another. Thus we took the opportunity to open Alanda Estates, where now we can offer the service of Alanda Homes but with the added advantage of accessing all approved developments and properties on the Costa del Sol, from Nerja to Sotogrande”

Some might feel that opening a real estate office during this current property climate is a little foolhardy, yet Alanda Estates is located with the Alanda Club Marbella, which is operated by McInerney PLC. The majority of the guests at the resort are repeat visitors, many of them are also looking to purchase a holiday home here on the Costa del Sol and therefore it only makes sense for them to drop into yet another branch of the Alanda Group were they can make an inquiry in confidence and knowledge that Alanda Homes will be around for some time to come in Spain!
