This area located in the north of the Costa Blanca has registered a decrease in prices of approximately 10-15%. However, good quality property is still selling at all levels.

Here the buyer can purchase a two bedroom apartment for €180,000 – €300,000 and villas in the region of €400,000 – €700,000. Land is still a good buy particularly bearing in mind that the availability of good plots in now scarce.

Villas and apartments are still the most popular properties with more buyers demanding contemporary design. The British dominate the market in this area followed by the Spanish. Many clients retire here and fulfil their dream of living by the sea enjoying the excellent climate, beautiful countryside, golf courses, sophisticated infrastructure and excellent services.

The local office highlights three areas for the prospective buyer - Moraira, Benissa and Benitachell where a new apartment with sea views to Ibiza, can now be purchased for between €150,000 - €180,000.
