What about new property developments on the Costa Brava?
There are a lot of small new developments on the Costa Brava, many of them quite attractive, if now a bit over-priced. There are a couple of big golf developments inland, but they are already quite mature, with the exception of the PGA de Catalunya golf course, which is still waiting for planning permission for its residential project. Unlike the Costa del Sol, the Costa Blanca, and the Costa del Sol, there are few massive new developments in this region, as it is difficult to get planning permission for these types of projects.
