This project has just been launched in the reservations stage whilst planning applications are finalised, so I haven't had a chance to visit it yet. However, I am familiar with Calpe and the location of the plot, and I can confirm it's an excellent location, just a short walk from all the things that people value and want to be near. Calpe is a great town for both holiday's and semi-permanent residence or even retirement. I also know the company managing this project, and expect them to do a good job based on my past experience with them. The prices look interesting given the location and specifications of the project. I plan to do down and have a closer look once they start construction. In the meantime register your interest with the vendor if this project ticks your boxes. I know they have been overwhelmed with enquiries since they launched, and I expect the best units will be reserved quite quickly.
