I publish a free directory of estate agents in Spain at this website, organised by region. I only list agents about whom I’ve heard no negative feedback.

There is no cost for inclusion in this directory. The only condition is an active link back to this website.
The link must follow my very specific guidelines, and must be on a page with a positive Google Page Rank.
Please note that this is not a link exchange, a practise that does not impress search engines like Google. My visitors will see your contact details, and be able to click through to your website, but the link will not be indexed by search engines. So, as far as the search engines are concerned, there will be no link from SPI to your website. On the other hand, as far as the search engines are concerned, there must be a link from your website to SPI.
LINK INSTRUCTIONS

- The link to SPI must be placed on a page that can be reached using the main navigation system of your website.
- It must be on a page that has been indexed by Google and has a positive Google page rank.
- It must be a valid, active link that search engines can index and follow.
- Once done please send me an email with a link to the page so that I can check it.
- Also send me the contact details (company name, tel, email, web) that you would like me to use for your listing.
- If all is correct, I will list you as long as your link to SPI is active, and meets the conditions explained above. I do, however, reserve the right to remove your listing at any time, and without warning. This is only likely to happen if I receive serious complaints about your company.
