    The villa has a swimmingpool and a tennis court. From the terrace there is a wonderful view. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equiped kitchen, a bar with access to the terrace, a livingroom and a huge attic with a storage, now in use as a bedroom, but which could be an office as well. There is a separate garage and the plot is more than 3.000 m2.
    The house is situated in an urbanizacion at 5 minutes from a village in Madrid West only 45 minutes by car from the city.
    The village has a health center with emergency department that’s open 24 hours a day and a primary school (a secundary school is planned to start it’s activities nearby starting from the schoolyear 2007/2008). There are several shops where you can buy all nececities. A larger shopping center is at 15 kilometers and in the outskirts of Madrid (30 minutes) there are large shopping areas with discounters and all the mayor shopping chains (el Corte Ingles, Carrefour, Leroy Merlin, etc).
    The urbanizacion is in a special area called “Zona de Especial Protección para las Aves” ZEPA, where you can find various very rare birds like the Spanish Imerpial Eagle and different types of vultures. Every time you see them from the terrace it’s a wonderful experience. The urbanizacion is in the middle of Virgin nature and leads to a river/lake called “Embalse de Picadas” where it’s good to fish and in some areas nearby you can even take a swim or practice water sports. In the area there are good possibilities for walking, climbing, horse riding, etc. It’s very quiet and splendid for raising kids. It’s suitable as a second home, to let to tourists, but as well to live there permanently. The Madrid airport (Barajas) is only an hour away.

    This is a good investment opportunity. The village is rapidly improving it’s services and infrastructure, and the highway from Madrid will be extended until our village within the coming years (preparations have already started). Besides in comparison to Madrid itself this is a real bargain.
